Laura Rogers
serves as the Chief Executive Officer
and Chief Operating Officer. Laura
has over 20 years experience in the payment services industry having worked with two of the industry’s leading payment processors. Her first industry position was with Global Payment Systems, formerly National Data Corporation. During her 10 years with Global, Laura served as Division Manager of Human Resources, Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning, and Director of Product Strategy. Laura joined Paymentech in 1995 and was named Group Executive, Product, Marketing and Conversions through 1999, when she was promoted to Chief Administrative Officer, responsible for all legal, human resources, corporate quality, mergers and acquisitions, corporate training and employee communications.
Cynthia Stewart
serves as the President and Chief
Marketing Officer. Cynthia brings
over 20 years of payment industry experience to the Company. She most recently held the position of Director of Customer Care and Community Development for S&H Greenpoints responsible for starting up a community support division for their consumer loyalty card. Prior to this position, Cynthia was the General Manager at Softpay Services, a division of ADP, where she directed all functions of the division including operations, finance, product management and service. Her last position with ADP was as the Client Relations Executive for Epay, a start-up Internet product. Prior to ADP, she served as vice president of account management for National Data Corporation (NDC).
